Check your exhibitor manual first

Trade shows have their own delivery rules, and they differ from show to show. Before you book, look in the exhibitor manual or ask the show organizer:

Who can use the loading docks. During move-in and move-out, many shows only let their official contractor use the docks.
What you can carry in by hand. Many shows allow small items that one person can carry through an entrance.
The best entrance to meet a courier, and when the halls are open to exhibitors.

The simplest plan is almost always the same: someone from your booth meets our driver at an entrance and carries the item in.

How to book it

Go to Book a delivery.
Enter the pickup address in Kitchener, Waterloo or Cambridge, and the venue's address as the drop-off.
Choose when we pick up. Same-day pickups for the GTA close at 1 pm, and we pick up from 6 am. If the show opens first thing in the morning, book a pickup the day before.
In the drop-off contact, add the person meeting the driver and their mobile number. In the instructions, add the show name, the hall and the entrance.
Pay by card. You get a confirmation email with a private tracking link.

Trips to the GTA use Standard delivery. The booking form shows the price and the delivery time before you pay. The delivery time is a window after pickup, not a set arrival time, so book as early as you can when the show is about to open.

What fits

We carry items up to 80 cm (31 in) on the longest side and 23 kg (50 lb), up to 10 items per delivery. That covers boxes of print, samples, parts, cables and electronics. Many banner stands, display cases and crated equipment are larger, so email us first (Contact us, in the menu) if you are not sure.

If it is packed and someone can meet the driver, book a delivery. You get a photo when it is handed over, so your team knows it has arrived.

Can you pick up from the show after it ends?

No. We only pick up in Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge, so we can bring things to the show but not take them back.

Can I book it the day before so it is there when the show opens?

Yes. Pick a day and a morning or afternoon pickup when you book. If the show opens early, a pickup the day before is the safest option, as long as someone can receive it.
